See the tools behind a typical appointment
Treatwell Connect lists consultation forms, rebooking, waiting lists, POS, stock and team tools. Its AI receptionist is offered separately from £69 a month. Ask to see the tools you will use and the plan and setup each one needs.
Treatwell’s UK pricing page lists 35% commission on the first booking of a new client introduced by its marketplace, 0% commission on repeat bookings, and 2.5% plus VAT for online prepayments. Location conditions apply. Check your venue’s subscription and signed agreement for the charges that apply to you.
Look at the profit from marketplace appointments and how you would replace them. Compare that with your direct bookings and returning clients before moving.
