Configure and publish the service workflow
Choose the required records, published forms and linked services. Publish a workflow with a required consultation at least 48 hours before treatment and an optional review from day 14.
00:08
See outstanding prerequisites
Sophie’s treatment journey shows the required consultation as outstanding. The booking remains held while the required prerequisite is unmet.
00:17
Review the completed consultation
The completed consultation ends on 20 October at 14:30 BST, exactly 48 hours before the treatment starts. Its saved report and response against the published prescription record provide the selected evidence.
00:26
Check the selected forms and consent evidence
Review the completed responses for the selected published versions and a separately recorded clinical consent grant. A completed ordinary form is kept distinct from that grant.
00:35
Record photos and complete governed treatment
The clinic records before and after media in a saved session-report draft. The assigned practitioner evaluates readiness and completes governed treatment after the checks pass. The photo rule requires treatment media; it does not enforce a separate minimum for each photo phase.
00:44
Schedule the optional linked review
Choose an available review time from the configured minimum of 14 days after treatment starts. The accepted appointment remains a separate linked review, with its own booking and billing state.
00:53
Keep the treatment journey connected
Review the published workflow, completed prerequisite, saved evidence, completed main treatment and scheduled optional review. The clinician remains responsible for care decisions.
Keep the evidence behind every treatment in one record
Keep each service’s required evidence, practitioner record and linked follow-up together.
A workflow for each service
Choose required records, published documents and linked consultations or reviews. Scope a version to a service option, clinic and effective period, then explicitly publish it.
