Switch from Phorest
Check your current account’s export options and terms before you cancel. Managed can import supported records free on every plan; what moves depends on the files and information your current system provides. Review a sample, check upcoming appointments and choose your switch date with your team.
Migration is free on every plan. Setup help is free with next-day turnaround. What can be imported depends on your export; payments and balances do not transfer with an appointment.

Export formats and available fields vary. A booking import does not transfer payment transactions, deposits or account balances.
Reviewed 18 October 2026. Phorest documents client, future appointment, service, staff-service, transaction, credit account, course and voucher exports. Some reports and forms use separate routes.
Use the client reports for client details. For transaction history, open Manager > Business > CSV Export, create an export for the date range you need, then download it when its status is Done.
Run the Staff Appointments report to export future appointments, including staff breakdown and service or colour notes.
Go to Manager > Services > Export all services. Repeat at each location; the export reflects the location currently selected. Export staff-qualified services from the staff member’s profile.
Save consultation forms from each client profile. Use the relevant credit account, courses/series and voucher reports for outstanding balances.
