Export formats and available fields vary. A booking import does not transfer payment transactions, deposits or account balances.
Reviewed 18 October 2026. ANS documents per-patient record export from Patient Records, emailed to the account address; the export includes photos, notes, forms and treatment maps. The public guide does not confirm bulk export.
Open Patient Records and select the patient. Use the export button at the bottom of the record. ANS emails the export to the address on the account.
Within a patient record, export an appointment separately when you only need that appointment’s details; ANS provides it as a PDF.
Contact ANS support to ask whether it can supply a bulk export of clients, appointments, photos, forms and records. Confirm the scope and format before ending your account.
