Export formats and available fields vary. A booking import does not transfer payment transactions, deposits or account balances.
Reviewed 18 October 2026. Zenoti documents guest export from Guests > Manage Guests and appointment exports through the Appointments report. Exports require the relevant role permissions.
At the required organization or center level, open Guests > Manage Guests and use the Export to Excel or CSV control. Confirm the correct scope and permissions first.
At organization level, open Reports > Appointments, set the date range and status filters for past and future bookings, refresh the report, then export to CSV or Excel.
Export gift card, package, prepaid card and membership liability reports separately. Zenoti’s guide notes that guest notes, forms and associated photos may need individual handling; ask your account team about the records you must retain.
A sample gives your team a chance to check the details that matter before setting a switch date.
